Ordered a pair of shoes online to get shipped to this store, the pair did not right for me so I wanted to return in store and they wanted to do the return for a dollar and change less than what I paid for it. They said it was a tax difference and they could not adjust this which I told them I knew that they could as I have worked as a regional manager for retail before so I know they could have adjusted this. People buy products from different states all the time and this is something that regularly has to be adjusted. I knew they were lying just because they did not want to take the return to lower their stores numbers. This was a huge hassle. I drove out almost 45 minutes to try them on and now I have to return by mail. Extremely unprofessional. Will never buy from Aldo again.
Absolutely horrible customer service! The staff was very rude and we weren't allowed to touch the shoes. Maybe if you have a new policy due to COVID-19 you should state that on a sign, on your website or have someone at the door explaining things as you go in. We were basically kicked out because I touched a shoe to show my significant other.
Good place to shop and very good customer service
Nice quality. Need your lower prices andre get larger sizes.
