Absolutely amazing! I love my heels and have tons of shoes ud83dude09. I walk a lot at work, up to 6-7 miles/day which, of course, damages my shoes. John does incredible job, fixing not just heels, but soles and whatever else needs to be done. Shoes are like brand new. Additionally, he’s so friendly and kind, just love going to him! Support small business, this nice man deserves it!
Honest and fair. He tells you upfront whether he can or cannot perform the work _and_ he provides an estimate cost. very poor customer service, poor quality shoes!!! I bought two pairs of shoes from this store last year and they were very poor qualities and when I return to show owner the broken shoes, he demanded money to repair the shoes!!! pretty upsetting experience
