Mon April 12th 2021 2pm. I love your products. but the girl workin was completely useless. asked about sizes got an i dunno, how do these look? got an i dunno, asked do these look big? got an i dunno. like i said 100% useless. better off buying online this way you'd get 5 star.
Great customer service and plenty of styles from which to choose. Returns and exchanges easy as well. A great store for anything Birkenstock!!
Everyone was out of the Melrose High boots except the factory and this store. Since I’m trying to buy from smaller businesses, I ordered from Complete Birkenstock’s. They were very helpful, boots arrived nicely packed with paperwork I needed for possible return. I’m very happy with the store staff and my beautiful boots.
Nice store to buy any Birkenstocks you want. Helpful staff. Small store but a wide selection. Went during COVID and felt they were very smart about regulations. Masks required and lower capacity. (I think it was 3) :)
My husband and I have been buying our shoes here for years! They have a great knowledgeable staff, so helpful. They take their time with each customer, letting you find the perfect fit! Looking forward to getting to their shop to purchase soon! We love to support local small businesses!
