This particular store features a staff that's knowledgeable unpleasant to deal with. The products in stock are not always consistent, which is the reason we don't shop here more frequently. We were however able to get what we needed on this particular occasion.
Jessica is amazing. She’s extremely well informed and goes above & beyond to help customers understand what they’re buying (and why they need it). I was trying to buy items for my child’s new gerbil. She even texted a manager from another store to send me photos of that person’s home set-up for gerbils. Her staff was very friendly and helpful as well. This was THE BEST experience I’ve ever had in any pet store.
They have a thoughtful corporate culture that considers the health of your pet. Their rewards program is good. Prices are a bit high, but good customer service.
They really love pets here! And guess what? They love pet parents, too! They are helpful, always great you as you come in, and make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
Decent selection of products, especially nicer ones. Prices are a little high compared to online stores but not unreasonable. The store could probably use a remodel.
