Carlos is always warm and welcoming, and always returns my calls same day to find an appointment time that works best with my schedule. My dogs happily go in when I drop them off, and all the dogs who greet them in the waiting area are so friendly and cute. Carlos and every employee who has ever come to greet us when we arrive, or brought them out to me when they are done with their grooming, have all been friendly kind and professional every time I encounter them. Groomings are always completed in a timely manner and the dogs always look great after, and all the dogs brought there always seem calm, happy, and well taken care of. Reasonable price, high quality grooming, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, and most important always noticing how well every employee here treats all the dogs keeps us coming back without hesitation. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality and professional grooming
My 6mth old puppy (Cavapoo) was groomed by Rene of Loving Care and he did a fantastic job. Truly, it was a v v good job. Bella’s coat was cut evenly, her head and face were trimmed excellently. Her legs and tail too. Not only that but my puppy was lovely and relaxed when I picked her up. This was in contrast to another groomer in Wilmette where the cut was not even and my little puppy was exhausted from a stressful experience. Thankfully we found Loving Care and will continue to use them.
Parker and Finley... 2 very large Bernese Mountain doggies have been going to Carlos and Rene ever since they were first groomed as puppies.4 and 6 years ago. They are still the fluffiest pups all thanks to Carlos and Rene. They go bouncing in every 2-3 weeks and come out happy and fluffy each time. They make sure that they are comfortable, happy and well loved for the time they spend there . WE LOVE Carlos and Rene for our fluffy puppies and the dogs adore them MORE! Can not say enough good things about them!
Loving Care is definitely the best place to take your dog, you can tell they really put 110% intonyour pets needs. I have been looking for a groomer that can groom my dog that moves so much while getting a hair cut. Im so happy with the results.
We were recommended to go here from a friend and they staff and owner Carlos were all so wonderful and nice. Highly recommend. You can tell everyone is passionate and cares about their work and it shows in the grooming. We will definitely be a returningncustomer. P
