Fabulous Store!!!!! My girlfriend and I stopped by the store just to browse since we were in the area shopping. The store setup was pretty cool and had a clear presentation for navigation. Super friendly staff as well. Marriage is definitely a thought for us in the near future. Sabrina and Tenisha were the staff members that assisted us very very knowledgeable. They made the experience stress-free and gave a lot of great suggestions. When I finally pop the question this for sure will be the place we come to!!!
I want to really commend the staff at DB 95th and Western location, especially Maria and Alicia. My initial dress was ordered a size too large resulting in the alteration bill exceeding the price of the dress. I expressed my concerns in a review and within 30 minutes Maria called to get more information and ask how the situation could be resolved. They were able to find a dress in my size. I went into the shop to try on the dress and Alicia made sure things were seamless. The dress fit much better than the initial dress. Alicia even gave me a percentage off the new dress for my trouble. I did have to get the new one altered a bit, but the alterations were not as extensive as the first. Therefore, the bill, I felt, was more reasonable. And a special shout-out to Rita, the seamstress, for fitting me twice and making the experience extra fun! She knows what she's doing and she's awesome!
I had 3 ladies helping me and honestly they were the best. They each had different suggestions for me which was extremely helpful as I did not even know what I was looking for. I thought I had an idea of what I wanted until they put me in the most magical gown I had ever seen. Thank you guys so much for not being pushy and allowing me to take my time and find the perfect dress!
The place was lovely, the staff was helpful. I didn’t feel pressured and the lighting in the dressing room was perfect for photos. But if you’re looking for anything non traditional you’ll want to look elsewhere. They’re separates section is really just lip service to say they have it. I was looking for a nice bodice or leotard and 2-3 skirts to change out (one for the ceremony, one for reception, and maybe a third for the afterparty). The woman helping me said she had never even heard of that being done. But she did have some suggestions of dresses where the train could be gathered or bustled.
Beautiful location with a lot of options. Every single person working there was SO kind and patient and attentive. I had no idea what I was doing or what I wanted and they helped me find *the one*. Literally nothing to complain about. It was a 10/10 experience :)
