I came in today 10/14/2020 with a grooming appointment for my dog Bella and I couldn't be happier. Emma and another lady ( didn't catch her name unfortunately) were so pleasant to talk to and were so nice. I am completely satisfied with the service I got. After leaving it clicked in my head that I should have asked if they can be tipped. If so, I will definitely make that up on my next visit because I WILL BE a returning customer. Thank you all so much!

I had the worst experience in your store on yesterday. The cashier whose name is Jenny Lee was so rude. If you have the opportunity to look at the video camera you can see how nasty she was pointing out information to me that was not relevant to the question that I was asking her. I had the worst experience that I have ever had going to any Pet Store and I will not be returning to your store ever. She really needs to brush up on her customer service skills. After complaining to the manager who first listenEd to her story then listenEd to mine m, I still was not satisfied with the end result. I simply put all of my dog treats in one bag not knowing that they were supposed to be in individual bags based on the item. I then told her I didn’t know She proceeds to tell me yes its written over there you should’ve saw it. I didn’t say anything at the time then at the end of my transaction I asked her to show me where it was written that you should get a different bag for each item. she proceeded to go over there by the bags and point to pricing saying did you see the different prices well that’s what that means. I asked her again to show me the sign Since she was so blunt to make that statement towards me while she was ringing me out which was very rude of her. She kept being sarcastic and continued to point to the prices. She then asked me if I would like to speak with a manager in which at that time I told her I would. I then proceeded to let the manager know my side of the story even though she asked the cashier her side of the story before she even walked over towards me. As I told the manager I am OK with her letting me know that I didn't have an issue with her telling me that it should be each individual bag per item however it was her delivery and when you are speaking with a customer you dare not be sarcastic or speak to them in a rude tone. I hope someone or you’re in speak with her because this should not have ever happened and for her to be a cashier she is the front line to all customer experiences and she really blew it on this one.
