Very poor services! They are not professional at all. They always put me on hold for more that 15 min. They are not nice in response, don’t have emails or online channel. When my daughters have fever they couldn’t fine me any other alternatives to be checked on the same day. I am moving my daughters definitely from there.
Avoid the Steward Medical Group. I got overcharged by them. When objecting and asking for a conversation, they stonewalled me and send the bill to a collection agency. No customer service at all.
Takes forever to call back!
