Very unprofessional. I bought a pair of boots and 30 days the leather split. Their immediate response was I did something to make them split. If the leather splits from just walking around; I would say they need to make better quality products. I know they are just the retailer, but there is a right way and a wrong way to talk to a customer. They chose the wrong way by being rude and immediately blaming me the customer. I will never go back.
