Been trying to get a prescription refilled for a week. Thank god it's not a live saving drug. Multi calls, always have to leave a message and no one calls back, currently not even answering the phone.

Trying to get into clinic. Talked to girl on phone seemed very scared and didn't know what she was doing.. tried calling again to get my info faxed phone just rings and rings..ill put another review if I get in, but pretty sure not many patents due to staff.

As soon as I walked into getting checked the nurse was already being rude and was not patient into asking her questions. I am 17 weeks pregnant & it was my first checkup and so I was looking forward to this but she was the most rude and immature nurse I’ve ever met ! After came back from drawing blood I overheard her mocking me and talking about me in front of the doctor and other nurses in their little area and remind you she wasn’t very quiet about it that’s how I over heard it as I waiting for the doctor. As I confronted them about it they all denied it and the nurse walked away, not even looking at me telling me no she wasn’t, instead of apologizing. I’ve never felt so embrassed and disrespected before in a medical clinic & I will not be coming back ! Very unprofessional
