I love my psychiatrist. I think she works really hard for all of her patients. I'm thankful for all the hard work everyone at AfPC does every day. They've even created an easy patient portal so we can communicate and set up appointments. I'm very thankful.

I've called to set up an appointment and was spoken to like I was a complete idiot. My husband has called during a mental health episode to attempt to be seen and the nurse elected to be rude rather than helpful. You'd imagine the people working in this type of environment could manage some level of compassion. They can't. Dont waste your time.

My husband is a Veteran and was referred to this facility by the VA. After about 4 months of not being paid by the VA they call him stating that if the VA doesn't pay the bill after a 30 day hold then he will be billed personally. If my husband doesn't pay the bill then they will send it to collections going after my husband!! The ladies there are rude, disrespectful and need a lesson in manners. Please go somewhere else, where Veterans are treated with more respect. This place needs someone to teach them a lesson or two!

Receptionists are cold and rude.nThere isn’t 1 good “doctor” here!nDr. Mueller will prescribe you medication that isn’t right for you at ridiculously high doses!nYou’re supposed to start low, see how you react and THEN go up!nNope! NOT WITH DR. MUELLER! He will start you at the highest dose he can AND WON’T LISTEN TO YOUR CONCERNS!nBut it’s honestly not just him!nJeannie will sit there and tell you that you “do”nthings [because of the “diagnosis” she gave you] without you actually doing those things.nShe pretty much called me a liar when I told her what I do and how I feel.nShe said “[insert mental disorder] don’t do that, they do this and that”nOkay!?nMaybe you DIAGNOSED ME WRONG!?nNone of them have their head on straight. They literally don’t care about your wellbeing.nThey are all alike!nThese people will make you worse off than what you were before you saw them.nI wish I was kidding.nMessing with people’s Brains with medication is no joke! They play a guessing game with you! You are a Guinea Pig to them! They don’t care! Taking 1 wrong pill can mess you up for MONTHS! That is scary!nSeriously, if you can travel to Sioux Falls or Omaha/Council Bluffs, please do so.nStay away from this place!nSiouxland Mental Health is no better, so stay away from there too!

Horrible experience. They just want money and could care less about people. Especially Dr. Muller. He is heartless. Avoid at all costs.
