Overall pleased with my experience. Much better customer service then compared to the Mason city, Iowa store. The agent that helped me was new but she carried herself like she had been working there awhile Thumbs up!!
Chrystal is polite and helps you out right away. She has answers for any question you ask. She makes sure that you get the customer service correctly.
Chrystal did a fantastic job on setting up my new phone.
The Clarion store was not busy like ones in larger towns. My wife and I made an appointment with Chrystal for 9:00 am and she was ready to help us at that time. She was very helpful, explaining the phones and comparing them to the ones we were using. Chrystal helped us chose a plan that better met our needs and suggested the best time in the billing cycle to change plans. The phone my wife chose was not in stock but they were able to get one in 2 days. We were happy with the service and would recommend Chrystal and the store.
The manager stayed an hour past closing time just so I could upgrade my phone. Very nice store!
