My family has been dealing with this Credit Union for years. The Millionaire president by the name of Michelle has a hatred for my family even though we paid loans off with this Credit Union and our credit report shows it they begin to not help us . I then became ill and was hospitalized for over 6 months and my line of credit became past due I was called by the Credit Union and was told that I qualified for a medical relief program that would help pay my line of credit while I was ill.I stayed in contact with the credit union while I was in the hospital and I am still not recovered from my illness.I was then called by the credit union again told it was too late that they couldn't help me and basically they were not going to help me.I cannot help to think that Michelle has become very hate full towards our family even though we paid many loans off and our credit report shows it but because of the hostile actions of Michelle the help was hamperd ..... I will pay what I owe as soon as I'm able to heal and get back to work and that may take some time still. I have given pictures of my wounds this pandemic has affected everybody differently. This Credit Union picks and chooses who it wants to help and who it doesn't . it did not have to be this way with me and my family.nI would think twice about going and using this Credit Union for anything important. If you look at the reviews there is a lot of 1-star reviews and then all the sudden there's a five star review where they have somebody they know they can ice review that they look like they're a nice helping Credit Union.As Banks and credit unions are foreclosing and snatching people's homes businesses and vehicles all over this nation.I have recently told them to send me to a collection agency and I will pay what I owe through the collection agency so I don't have to use this Credit Union ever again!!! It has been an absolute nightmare even though we paid loans off even though we weren't late but now something happens and you're tied up in the hospital told you qualify for help...and here they come like vultures... I have told them not to contact me if they contact me or my family it is considered harassment and it is against the law. Everybody you need to know your rights.The police can help you when these type of people break the law Harassment is against the law... I am contacting the Governor in regards to the aggressive lending of this Credit Union... I have a legitimate medical emergency in my life right now... Again,The Credit Union reply is just to make them look like they will work with you, I called the number in the reply and just got the run-around...

EDIT: I have since worked with the bank several times - in particular with Shawna, and my experience has been excellent. I am attributing earlier troubles to either covid-related issues or short term problems. I have updated my rating to 5 stars to reflect the changes in service.nnMy experience does not seem to mirror others, so it is possible I am just having bad luck or timing. However, I have had an extremely difficult time getting in contact with this bank regarding the affairs of my recently deceased mother. Of the several times I have tried calling the bank, I have only been able to talk to a person once, four months ago. Otherwise, I am on hold forever and when you try to leave a voice mail, as suggested by the hold information, it tells you it is full. When I did talk to someone finally, they were helpful, but did not follow-up with the actions that needed to be taken after our conversation as promised and I was left having to reinstate contact and go through it all again, which is highly frustrating - and full disclosure - I am writing this review feeling highly frustrated. Because of these things, I would not choose to make this my home bank, I want better communication and follow-up for a place I entrust with my finances. Online chat seems to be the only way you can get anything done.

I just love my credit union!.. All the people inside are AWESOME!!..Even while riding through the drive through on my HOT WHEELS!! LOL..LOL..

I cancelled a check and it was spent a few days later by a person of fraud and the bank has not helped me get the money back or even given me the steps to know how to even get my money back. We waited the 90 days after it was cancelled hoping we’d get the money back and the bank just laughed and told us they can’t do anything about it. It was cancelled and the bank still allowed it to go through. This is a horrible bank and they won’t help so much for customer’s satisfaction.
