Would give a zero if possible. Called to check on an order to Georgia to get a response in transit when I asked where it was . In transit from where Iowa or Georgia Brian finally says Augusta ga after asking 3 times. Then proceed to say think you to get the phone hung up on me great customer service Brian . I spend $1600 and can’t even get a thanks . Well I will be ordering from Shoup next time I assure you. I ordered something from Shoup the same day and had in 3 days ups this order should have been sent the same way and Brian says there idiots for using ups , idiots since 1977 I guess.
