MercyOne South Des Moines Urgent Care

This place is absolutely disgusting and the staff are rude. The receptionist was very kind on the phone so it’s a bit deceiving.

I sliced my finger at work, I called them no one answered for 20 minutes so I walked in where they said I had To leave and call again, I told her about the hold and she told me I was lying. Ridiculous no one answered again for another 15 min so I left and went to unity point up the street and got right in. Once again mercy is the worst choice in health care in iowa

I am never going back I was given a antibiotic and a staroyed for my 6 month old baby for an ear infection and bronchitis he did not have I wound up going to emergency room the same day for a 104 fever the amazing staff at mercy down town told me he was miss diagnosed he did not need anything that this place gave him I am so angry this place is a huge wast of time and money

Cheaper than going to the emergency room. Great service. Nice staff. Just know what the hours are that they are open. Sun. 9am-4pm, M-F 7am- 9pm and Sat. 9am-4pm

I've always had good experiences with Mercy South. Sometimes the wait is awfully long, but it's like that anywhere. They are great with all of my littles and the gals at the front desk are AMAZINGLY helpful AND CARING! I LOVE THEM . THANK YOU MERCY SOUTH URGENT CARE! YOU ROCK! XOXOXOX.
