Great facility and staff

We are so blessed to have the Keokuk County Health Center. They have wonderful doctors & nurses!

Been to ER and Clinics often. ER is usually rude, do not follow laws, and I wont ever return. Will drive the extra 20 minutes to Ottumwa. Clinics are ok and still use for family.

Nurses very rude and a hole didn’t take me seriously really disappointed treated me like a child

In the event of a true emergency, just drive to Iowa City. You'll save a lot of time and money.nnThis hospital doesn't have a lot of basic medical equipment. They don't even have an us. Crazy, huh?nnIn January, I was forced to be transported, by ambulance, b/c I needed an us and couldn't drive myself since I had lost so much blood and the physician advised it wasn't safe for me to be driving.nnI mean, thankfully, I was transferred elsewhere since I had to have emergency surgery but it just seems insane they do not even have an us machine. I spoke with the EMT during the ride and she said they transfer a lot of people. What a waste of money and resources :(nnAnd...I need to have ongoing labs for cancer. And they cannot even do the test! So, I drive an hour and a half once a week to get my blood drawn. It all just seems pointless.
