Mobile Rescue Tech Repair

First off, excuse me for my English, I'm still learning it. This July I left my phone in your store hoping to replace the broken glass. I paid a nice $250 for nothing! Instead of a new screen I got this! This is a shame. You haven't glued the glass at all. You told me that the phone would be 100% made and that it had a great battery, but you took out my battery and replaced it with an old one probably because the phone's battery isn't recharging at all. I want my money back. Don't be fooled people leaving your phone here. This Is Disaster !!!

Martin who repaired the screen of my iPhone7 did an excellent job - I was very impressed how meticulat and efficient he was. The job took less then 45 minutes as he promised and the craftsmanship was outstanding. This is my new iPhone repair shop going forward. Nicely done.nnBryan

I had a very pleasant experience at this Mobile Rescue branch at Foxwoods! These men who assisted me were all amazing, namely, Brandon, Martin and most especially, Gerard. I am blessed to have met wonderful people, who not only helped me with my needs/concerns, but who are also such kind, friendly and customer-oriented people! I highly recommend this place! I brought my daughter's iPhone in during her visit. She lives in Newington. The phone looked great when we left the store. Shortly after there were several screen problems such as screen sensitivity and the ability to type. When we made a 40 minute trip back to Foxwoods to get the problem fixed the guy told me that they were closing. It was 7:45. Meanwhile the website says that they close at 11. Not happy at all. Now we have to wait until after the snow storm to get it fixed in the Newington area. I really hope there is no problems
