Very friendly staff in all departments! Super helpful. I always bring my dog to get his nails done here, and he loves all of the Groomers and staff.

All of the people working there were incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond helping me find what I needed. Really great people.

Went to this location for the first time Sunday. I wanted to buy some salt water fish. I waited for one hour in the fish department as employees walked around me. One man working walked in between the fish tank and myself pushing me into the shelf like I was not there. A young lady walked around in circles but said she was busy and the other man would get my fish. I left after one hour. I bought $300 worth of fish at another store.

Cashiers are almost never around when you need them.nnShelves are barren of dog food that I can easily find online.nnPos systems haven’t been fixed in at least a year. Touch less payment is hit or miss and the cashier cops an attitude when you mention it.nnI can find everything I need online and feel no need to support the local economy when I receive customer service like I did today.

The sales representative was so friendly and helpful. She has an awesome personality and ensured our questions were answered.
