I love the walk-in clinic, the staff is always friendly. Not having a primary physician (try not to get sick enough to have one) I feel like Mrs. Breena is mine. She’s always fun and makes you feel comfortable about what ever is ailing you. Due to this COVID 19 issues they have been forced to rearranged everything, so of course the wait is a little longer than the norm but patience makes for a good patient.nSo when your approaching the clinic in the next few months try to remember they are under staffed, cause there’s so many more patients in and out. Just be friendly,they are running on fumes and have families just like you do, so in other words don’t be jerks! Being nice is free !!! Went to Main Street care and left after an hour because they didn’t even have my name in the system yet. Went to the walk in clinic and was seen and out with meds in 20 minutes. Definitely a better choice.

My ten year old had a four wheeler accident and her arm/wrist has been bothering her for a week! Took her to them on Monday, assuming I could learn quickly what is going on! They sent her to get X-rays at the hospital and said it would take a couple of hours to get them back and they would call me! TWO days later, after calling their office every few hours to get the results, the orthopedics office calls my husband to tell him we have an appointment!! No one ever bothered to call and explain to me what is wrong, like they said they would! And meanwhile, my child has been in pain just waiting on them!nnBesides being extremely slow getting results back from the hospital **across the street**, they did get to us fairly quickly! And the doctor was very friendly!

My mother showed up 20 mins before they close and straight up refused her. That was after calling up there for 10mins and not even getting an answer. She went up there and they said they took their last patient for the day. She told them the sign says they close at 6 and the girl said not tonight. If that's the case then a sign with the correct hours of operation..
