The absolute worst. The ER doctor continued to stitch my son’s leg after I told her it wasn’t numb. She insisted that it was and continued. He was held down by 4 adults as he screamed that he could feel it. I cried and kept telling her. She was should not be a doctor!
the guard to get into hospital that was working midnight shift in the ER at . 11:15 pm on 12/23/2019 was rude to my wife and when i came in very rude to me. maybe he shouldn't work a desk if he doesn't want to answer any questions or help out. Maybe he should have a sign saying I'm a mute , don't talk to me i only answer in rude short comments.
The staff was quick and efficient. But most of all they made me feel like they cared that I felt awful. I have been to this ER many times through the years and will continue coming back!
I was told by my OB to go to the emergency room to be checked for pneumonia. This was my first visit to Weirton Medical Center and I pray that it's my last. I sat there for an hour and a half to be called back and told that I needed to go to the OB to make sure the baby was ok. So I left, unable to breathe very well to get them their proof. I come back within a half hour. Have to get re-registered and start back over. Wait another hour. Call Trinity. They only have a half hour wait. Weirton Medical sign says 5 minutes still. Clerk tells me I have 7 people in front of me now AFTER I was told I wouldn't have to wait again. So I can barely walk without having a coughing fit and they make me walk all around the hospital for nothing. So now here I am with no medicine, breathing treatments not working, inhaler not working and have to go to work 15 hours tomorrow. Way to go Weirton Medical. Now I'm going to go sleep In my car since for the past 4 days I can't stay awake more than 6 hours a day and I just spent 3 wasted hours with you.
Went to the ER 3 times miss diagnosed everytime. Told them all my symptoms told me to get a massage I have lyme disease and cluster headaches. A doctor should have checked for lyme disease since so many people have it in this area.
