Dined about 1530 on Friday. Staff was friendly and patient, fantastic. Unfortunately neither my husband nor I enjoyed the brisket. We found it dry, a bit like shredded jerky, and not too flavorful. We left wondering where is the meat cooked? Wish we'd have asked to sample the new sweet and spicy chicken.nHubby said his rice was tasty, and we finished our queso. Love the speed and convenience, if we can find a yummy protein.
Not gonna lie, the food is pretty good, and the guy who delivered was pretty nice. We were missing something in our order. I understand that mistakes happen, I work customer service myself. The problem is when we called them, they were rude and cursing at us about it. Not a good way to run a business, but definitely a good way to not get customers.
They were fast and friendly. The food was delicious as well.
It was ok. Staff was friendly. The meats seemed dried out. Portions of stuff in the bowl were small. It wasn't bad but nothing to shout about either. Did do a good job with covid protocols.
Excellent burritos! Never disappointed, I highly recommend Qdoba.
