One of the worst dinning experiences I've had in a while. I will say this isn't usually the case for this establishment. They were busy but not enough to justify the wait time. I'm extremely lucky my boys 6 & 9 are well behaved. Most of the issue was our server she was inattentive and got my wife and my orders wrong not so wrong we couldn't eat it but wrong enough that it was annoying. I get everyone has an off night so I'll take my rating from 5 to 4 stars and hope it gets better.

Still operating at half capacity, sever was basically non existent, one would have thought they were slammed. Our food was OK at best. I could have bought a better quality steak at walmart, and not overcooked my salmon. Very disappointed. We dont get to go out very often, absolutely will never he here again.

My husband, daughter and I went to dinner on valentine's day. Me and my husband both ordered the ribeye it was gray looking and tasted horrible!!ud83eudd22 So we told the waitress she didn't apologize or anything. She went and got the manager and he did apologize and asked if we would like to order a sirloin instead. We said yes. We waited for 40 minutes. No one came to check o us or anything!! By that time our sides were cold and my 3 year old daughter was done with her food!! That wasn't the only time we were disappointed with the food there!! We will never go back!! I rather wait 25 minutes to get a table at the roadhouse!!! Applebee's you need to get your sh*t together!!!!

This was horrible service! Waitress forgot to put my appetizer in plus forgot mine and my husband's side caezer salads then she forgot to credit the appetizer to us that she promised she would we had no refills my husband asked for a refill and she said yes and never came back but to bring us our tab! When she brought us our appetizer once we were halfway done eating our dinner the appetizer was cold. The chicken wings the quessadillas and the spinach artichoke dip was cold! We waited a half an hour for our drinks. And she said she's worked there for AWHILE. Said she had been there since this morning and she was sorry. I usually never have these issues there but tonight I was disgusted . We waited over an hour for our meals. And when she brought my actual dinner there was ketchup instead of ranch . Simple mistakes are fine with me I get it everyone has a bad day but this was not okay, cold foods, no refills even when asked, no appetizer until after our dinner was served . She would leave and not come back for 20 minutes . Very low .

Service was great, but I have dietary restrictions, and I'm fairly certain due to a reaction I experienced that what I ordered is not what I got. So be careful if you have dietary restrictions.
