I was unable to take the survey on receipt (bad link), the gentleman working the food counter tonight 9/27 deserves a raise. He was all alone processing multiple orders and was super quick and polite even though I’m sure he was stressed, he definitely could have used some help!! Food was excellent, thanks a bunch!!
Worst experience. The staff had very strong attitudes.nVery Rude customer service all time.
Rude customer service. Asked for extra rice with my meal and got no rice, I saw them scoop it but in the end it must’ve gotten switched out at the end. Didn’t notice til I got back. Ended up having to cook my own rice for the meal cause it was too far to go back and we were starving. No good work flow everyone was all over the place.
Not pleased with the service here (Fall River). Asked for a menu item, which has all ingredients listed. 3 tacos. When discussing what it had on it, because the employee kept looking up, was told that she knew and proceeded to make the tacos. I received an attitude when I asked where the 3rd one was. I mean, she knew. I hope she has a better night.
Good food and good customer service. Keep up the good work.
