This is more from a dashers (door dash driver) point of view, however I have around 50-100 deliveries over the last few weeks from this location. Everytime I walk in, the staff are always friendly and constantly moving around. All the staff really do try their best, and I wouldn't be afraid of saying other wise.nnUnfortunately you get some entitled customers from time to time that expect to receive a foot massage with their meal. (Ive even seen some super rude dashers while picking up) I suspect that half of the bad reviews are from said customers or drivers..nnThis location takes covid and social distancing very serious, and still offers takeout, curbside pickup, and dining. The staff have always been friendly and quick, even on the busiest days. They're putting their health at risk for you to enjoy your meal in a warm environment.
I went to chili's today for lunch after church. I wasn't sure what to expect because a lot of restaurants are so different since the Covid19 pandemic. But I have to say the food and service was wonderful. We had the nicest server. He was kind and helpful. The food was great. It was overall a great experience and I would go back.
The food is fresh and delicious. The wait staff is kind and courteous. The value for your dollar is worth the trip.
I understand the precautions COVID-19 However, I believe it is highly unprofessional to not inform your customers of not being able to serve past 8:45 p.m. My friend and I recently went to go to chili’s and we arrived there at 8:48 p.m. They were unwilling to serve us after I just starred in a show. How Despicable! I would give them a half star but that option isn’t available. We had to eat at Burger King :(
Ordered before and it was not good thought I'd try it again thinking it was a one off. Nope got the Santa Fe spicy black bean burger and the burger was horribly burnt and the second came with hair. Won't be ordering a third time
