Placed a to-go order and always check before leaving if the order is right. Didn't check this time and it was wrong. Wings were still good though.

Took forever to get seated, had no menus ready and expected us to download some application to get menu very unprofessional to not have menus, the owners need to stop being cheap. I'm not sure if I will return in the future... Without changes because I feel they don't care for the customers as much as they should.

Took my Granddaughter and Great-granddaughter out for lunch. I took one bite of my wings, didn't care for them. The bun on my granddaughters burger was to hard to even chew, the macaroni and cheese was really good. We had to ask our server for silverware. Not pleased at all.

My wife and I stopped here today. The hostess and our waitress deserve 5 stars. The restaurant would only get 1 star. Our waitress was the only one working the tables; she was very busy so service was slow. We waited for over 50 minutes to get our food. My wife ordered tater tots and wings. I ordered cheese fries and wings. When the order came out the tots and fries was almost room temperature. The wings were as good as always except for the feathers that were still attached to one of my wings. I told our waitress about the feathers, she took the wing with feathers back to the kitchen and she brought me two new wings. We never complained about the fries and tots because at this point our dinner was over due mostly to the wait. The feather did slow my feeding down now that I was inspecting each wing. In my opinion the manager should have came out to the tables to check on customer satisfaction and help the waitress.

Great wings. Easy pick up and everything was ready for the time I had requested in the app.
