No experience as of yet just found it ironic that two of the reviews said caring staff and great food by the law abiding citizen , so either you work there in the kitchen or have family employed there lol so of course your going to say that but I want true experience info someone from my family was just put there
The visiting booths are always filty dirty. Windows are always smeared and dirty. An the most aggravating thing is that the inmate phones dont always work properly but yet they still take the money off for the call. I've had dropped calls, calls with a delay and static noises during the calls. Just think Potomac Highlands Regional jail needs to improve on their hygiene. The building is very dirty and unhealthy. An as for the calls, if they are charged to call then the phones should work properly.
Caring staff, excellent food. Wouldn't mind staying there myself, but I'm a law abiding citizen.
