I have only been here once but I was very impressed with the food. Got the lobster rolls and it was delicious and filling. The wait staff were super friendly. They get their seafood shipped from Boston multiple times a week, so it's probably some of the freshest seafood in landlocked West Virginia. I will definitely be coming back for seconds very soon!

Great service, very clean and well decorated. Then there is the jerk shrimp. AMAZING. My 10 year old son and I ate almost a pound last time we were there.

They left out half of my families order. We had to wait another 25 minutes to make the second half and in the mean time the first half was cold and not edible. The only thing the manager offered was to give us a free dessert. We do not eat dessert! My parents thought we were not coming and my dad went to bed (my dad is very ill and no longer can leave his house). The least you could have done is remade the entire order so all of our food was warm and edible. Who likes cold sea food, better yet who likes it rewarmed in the microwave. This was the worst experience ever and everyone knows the Tidewater is not a cheap place to eat. The least you could have done was make it right and redo the entire order! All we wanted was an enjoyable dinner with my elderly parents who love the Tidewater and we thought to provide them with a special treat. Thank you for not delivering a decent meal or possessing the customer service skills necessary to correct the problem.nnThank you for letting my family down with a half filled order, cold food and Terrible customer service provided by their restaurant manager. A mistake can almost always be rectified with great customer service!

I deleted my previous review to add this one from my experience yesterday. After I sat down the waitress asked what I wanted to drink o told her she said they don't have that and I could go somewhere else. Very poor service. I will never go there again. I told the hostess on the way out and she said nothing at all.
