Apparition is a real FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS and the people who work there are the best. I've bought multiple skateboards there on separate occasions and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Michelle is awesome and remembers your name when you come in. You can buy skateboards online just like any other commodity but each board is unique and you really need to touch it and feel it to see what you like and Apparition will help you do that. Most prices of what they offer are the exact same as online anyway so why not support an awesome local, family run business? There aren't many left and those that remain tend to know their craft and Apparition does just that. GO LOCAL!!

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. She so easily identified the issue I couldn't explain, fixed it up, and had me back on the road in 15 minutes. Great music and vibes too.

I found the last real Sk8 shop around. 30 years ago I had a decent deck and loved it. It was comforting and very personal; I still remember the smell of it. I bought the same reprint deck online and brought it to them, so they could get me aligned and rolling straight with some fresh new parts. Troy was extremely helpful when it came to choosing the right parts for how I would use my board. This was a very good experience and I will be bringing APPARITION SKATEBOARDS another deck to build next week for a different style build.nI can honestly say I haven't felt this good about a purchase in a long time. To be honest, I still haven't put my new board on the floor, it's too beautiful:)
