I loved everything about the Fleet Feet experience!The location was easy to find, parking was super simple and got validated in-store and the stores around the shop were super trendy and fun! I adored working with Nathan! He has such an upbeat personality and was clearly very passionate about fitness. His warm personality and laid back attitude made the process so easy! I absolutely loved his recommendations and picked the first pair he picked out for me! It is abundantly clear that Nathan knows what he is doing, is passionate and I will be a lifetime customer because of him.

Amazing experience here today! Was tested for foot pain by a wonderful PT and then worked with Tess to find the perfect sneaker. Tess is an inspiration! She was incredible at helping me find the right shoe for my walking goals, she taught me so much about how to get the perfect fit, plus she truly loves what she does, so much passion. I am so grateful, everyone who works here is so welcoming and kind. I’m thrilled with my purchase, my feet feel happy and I cannot wait to come back w my mom and my hubby to buy more shoes! No need to go anywhere else, Tess and the team have my business when it comes to sneakers!

Great store and even better employees. I made an appointment to do the feet analysis. The woman that helped was super knowledgeable and very helpful. She instantly knew I had bad ankles that tended to roll. She gave me 3 options that best fit my measurements and was able to help me narrow it down to one. I would recommend these guys to anyone who is looking for a long term running shoe.

So patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. Apparently, I don't know anything about my feet but thankfully, with their foot scanner, I was able to accurately size me and map my problem areas. I worked with Ari and he is an absolute joy to work with and he made sure I left feeling confident and comfortable in my new shoes. I never in a million years would have picked the shoes he suggested but I ran for the first time in a long time with no pain and I am so thankful!

Jordan was very knowledgeable and patient! I wasn’t really sure of my preferences and he offered many shoes to try to find my favorite fit. The foot scan was also incredibly beneficial and gave information that I’ll be able to use in the future. I’m appreciative for the time and effort that Jordan had with me!
