I tried ordered a pair of boots twice online. Both times they were delivered moldy. I thought the first time was a fluke. The smell was awful! They did not include the return labels so I had to go to the store. They were supposed to send me the labels but never did. So I gave up. Of course they returned them but there did not seem to be much concern over the fact the boots were sent to me twice with mold. I saw another review on their site regarding the same boots with the same problem. I really hope they inspect them before sending out to others
They had exactly what I wanted in the store, even though their online service said that the shoes I wanted had to be shipped. Very pleased!
Love this store, they have a lot if shoes and if you can not find your size then you can order on line. You can even get rewards for your shopping.
Got my self a nice pair of casual shoes on clearance for a fraction of the price.
Omgshhh this place is on to something I had a pick up order and 1 of the associates was soo very polite and inviting I can't wait to go back I watched her greet everyone with the same smile and she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of Thanks so much Sarah
