Our first visit since Covid started. There were no menus you had to ask for it and they only allowed 1 menu per table or go online. The menu was reduced. The service was good. The food was good. Not like it was. I think we'll wait a while before returning.
My Boyfriend and I dined in at the Fairhaven location on October 1st 2020. Our waitress’ name was Kaitlyn, Hands down Best Waitress I have ever had anywhere! She was friendly and had everything we needed(condiments)on the table before our food arrived. That way when we did get the food, we didn’t have to wait for anything in order to start eating! Smart! To top it off, Both of our meals ( Streak Tips,well done) were Cooked perfectly delicious! Compliments to the Chef! I told Kaitlyn how great she was, and made sure to tip her well! Kaitlyn said she had only been waitressing for 6 months. Appreciate Great Service! Will definitely be back soon!
Today ordered take out was such a waste it was not hot an I don’t live far away. I’ve ordered take out many times and it was always hot when arriving home. Today’s meals were small in portion size compared to past orders even their potato skins tasted old. Disappointed.
I phoned in an order, they where very busy and i think there was a mix up so when i went to pick it up it wasnt even in the system. But they did everything in the power to make it right and Iwas very pleased with the outcome.
