Still some of the finest work boots you will find anywhere in the country I love the Styles and the selection and the workers are always super friendly and super helpful you get what you pay for and they're worth every penny
Never have a problem when I go in this place, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. I go once a year for boots and other products. I also have never had an issue when I had a problem with any of my boots there rite there to help and fix if they can. Bottom line great product, great experienced staff as well.
Good boots and good service. If you are a union tradesman they offer a discount which is nice.
Love Redwing boots but not this location. Have been getting at least $20 off for being a union member for years but at this location only offered $15 off $375 purchase. Told them I would buy if they gave me the 20 off but they said no. Went to the store in Braintree and received a $25 discount because of the amount of money I was spending. It's not so much the $10 as much as being a loyal customer for years and union discount just getting less and less. Used to be 10%, but not anymore.
A store in Brockton Massachusetts has great selection of red wing boots. They also do the digital insoles diagnostic. The customer service is excellent and I would recommend it to anybody.
