I went in bought two pairs of shoes they charged my card twice absolutely refuse to do anything about it the manager I do believe Crystal was very rude everyone that was in the store at the time when we got our shoes was very unhelpful and unfriendly very disappointed with the customer care
Always having great sales, associates for the most part are polite and helpful.
I wish I knew the names of the employees who helped me yesterday. (11-22-19) They were wonderful ! Thin, older gentleman & a thin, young lady wearing glasses.nnI had been all over town looking for a specific pair of Converse. I found them here but my size was out. I was bummed ! Without hesitation the gentleman looked up my size & low & behold they're @ the Lake Worth location. I was thrilled !! He reserved them for me & I went to pick them up today. I'm so appreciative ! No associate @ any other store I went to even offered to do that. Thank you !
Lots of variety, but little to no wide width available. ☹
Great selection of products and the staff are great. The Manager, Crystal, is awesome and always makes sure you leave happy.
