Beautiful dresses...this was our first stop, my niece found a dress & decided she wanted to look at other places. We looked at 5 other stores & ended up coming back to Windsor purchasing one. Try on a variety of dresses, you might be surprised.
Janell was awesome!!!! Dolce did her thing as the head manager... I extremely appreciate you ladies for taking time with me and making sure I had the best experience at Windsor!!!
I would give this place a - 10 stars. I have never purchased anything from this store until 12-30-19 and will NEVER purchase anything else. I bought a dress for New year eve party wore it for 5 minutes and the strap broke. Returned it to store with receipt and they refused to give me my money back because I did not have tag. I was at a hotel party so I did not save tag since I had receipt. Luckily I had another dress I brought with me to wear.. Trashy customer service.
