Rudely greeted, person up front was very confrontational..horrible service
I was warmly greeted by sales staff..I noticed the visual appearance of the store was great .. I purchased s addidas pant and t shirt..sales person assisted me choosing the perfect pair of sneakers which was great..Would recommend everyone I come in contact with shop with this Foot Locker..Deerbrook mall.. thanks for a great shopping experience! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! I walked in to purchase a pair of shoes that I really wanted! I was never greeted or acknowledged. I picked up the shoe I wanted. Attempted to try to make eye contact with any employee but no one even bothered to assist me. One person was on their phone. Another was walking around like they didn’t want to be bothered. A couple walked in after I had been waiting for someone to assist me for at least 5-7 minutes and they were immediately greeted and catered to. I put the shoe down that I was interested in and went to Finish Line who acknowledged me and quickly assisted with my needs. I will NEVER come back to this footlocker for anything! Customer service is everything. I will tell everyone I know and continue to blast this horrible store!
This is the best mall in humble . The service is amazing.
