Came into this store on a busy Sunday despite the high volume, Amy, assisted me with finding an item I came here specifically looking for. Upon looking the item up on the system for me, and seeing the item was no longer in stock in my size at this location. Amy, went through the bother of looking the item up at other locations that might have it, and even called them for me. She was so helpful and made my visit a smooth transaction. She's so great, friendly and helpful.
My daughter likes to buy in this place, but I think they don't bring a good customer service.

I had never been to A&F in Humble, but overall I had a good experience. I appreciate that the music wasn't blaring loudly and that some of the employees looked as though they were in their early 20's. Which was a refreshing difference from Hollister. I went in looking for a specific item and when I approached an employee, she was helpful and polite. I interacted with one other employee there and she was helpful as well. Unfortunately, what I tried on wasn't a match for me so I hated to have walked out empty handed, but I do appreciate the customer service I received.
