i personally don't shop at buckle but my mom does and today we went shopping. buckle always has nice customer service but the employees never wear their masks properly. i understand that technically no one HAS to wear a mask but if you're going to wear one please wear it right. when you don't wear a mask or don't wear it properly it will drive your customers to most likely do the same which isn't good in a time like this. please fix it!
Do not come to this place regularly I go to willbrookmall and they take care of me the best. I visited this site on January 9 2021 looking for a pair of jeans and the employee asked me my size and I tell her now I'm not sure what size I am, I went up in size and turned and saw another stupid woman who works there and they make fun of me in my face. how bad and unprofessional, of these cats. hopefully and the manager of this site see this. they are two young white women.
Been shopping at Buckle since 2008 as always absolutely love the store! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff! Annie and Trevor were amazing and extremely helpful!
Always willing to run crazy to find me pants to try on! Absolutely the best customer service.
I was very pleased with the service I received, the employees are very friendly and ready to help. I will be returning to Buckle.
