AMAZING customer service! I arrived a couple of minutes after they opened, was greeted at the door. The employee asked me what I was looking for and I told her that I work on my feet all day and have been experiencing lower back pain. She asked me for what kind of shoes do I wear at work and showed me a great selection of casual work shoes to choose from. After picking a couple of pairs, the employee measured my feet and since I was in between sizes, brought out multiple sizes to find the best fit. After finding a pair that I absolutely loved, I was disappointed to find out that they were out in my size but the employee offered to order them for me. I enjoyed my visit and will definitely be back to purchase more shoes from here. And even though the employee who was assisting me at the time had another customer she was helping out, she was as always available whenever I needed help or had a question. I was in and out within 10-15 minutes.nI have been recommending these to all my coworkers and I will encourage anybody who is looking for a comfortable pair of shoes to come visit this location

I arrived 1 minute before closing and was expecting to be asked to come back tomorrow. I explained to Mrs. Dorthy what my issue was and she locked the doors and proceeded to help me find the perfect shoe, all the while being kind and respectful. Mrs. Dorthy is the reason I will be back to purchase shoes in the future, and I work for a major airline here in Houston that will be hearing all about SAS and Mrs. Dorthy!nThank you for treating me with dignity and respect Mrs. Dorthy.

Very friendly customer service my mother had previously purchased some shoes and came for a second for work she likes them because they are very comfortable.

They have some of the most comfortable shoes around. No, they aren't super stylish, but they are wonderfully comfortable.nnWhile I do like their shoes, they are pricy. I don't think they sell a shoe under $100.00. So know this when going in. I believe all of the shoes are made in the US.nnThis stores is not heavily staffed. There seems to be only one person in the store most of the time. This is a little frustrating to me at times, because the shoes cost so much, and there is only one person to wait on you.
