I received an email coupon on November 16th at 5:57pm but the coupon was valid only for November 12-16. The expiration information was hidden in the fine print. I will not set foot in there again.
Great selection and very friendly staff. Sometimes I feel like they're clearance is still a little high at times. However they have some great deals if you can snag them.
Awesome selection of so many different styles of shoe! Even the clearance is full of interesting finds!
Worst customer service I’ve experienced! No curbside parking or signs anywhere. I went in to go get my order and nobody greeted or acknowledged me not once! I waited at the counter for an employee and nobody came up to help. I had to call their phone number to get an employee up to the register and she seemed bothered to help me . The shoes were beautiful but that was a horrible first impression! Need improvement for sure!
Store was clean and social distancing practices nicely. Was nice to get out and do a little shopping and feel safe while doing so.
