Extremely disappointed with my service here, all the nurses are rude except for Fallon Wiggins. The doctors while I understand are busy don’t have the time for patients waiting to hear lab results they have had for about 24 hours (my oxygen levels are low for some reason but apparently I can live without oxygen now so no worries there). The receptionist that sits closest to the public phone down stairs wouldn’t call a nurse down for me and made me call the clinic Where I ended up talking to a nurse at the kingwood location. Sat there crying in the lobby, coughing my lungs out and no one even asked if I was okay even though they knew I wasn’t feeling well and just wanted to speak to a nurse. 10/10 don’t go here unless you absolutely have to. Make the trip to kingwood. Also the fact that every time I’ve gone in they’ve made me give the my insurance info, phone number and address again even though I’ve literally been in or on the phone with them every other day for the past two weeks is really frustrating. And if anything else LVN Mary at summer creek is the reason this review was written. Had she not been short with me I probably just would’ve went back to crying in bed about not being able to breathe. So. Yep.

very in and out type of doctor...i scheduled a physical and regular check up, it was 30 min to close and i had to leave early to get to the appt. she said they where going to do tests, and then the lady came back with my check out papers. they told me i needed to come back again for my test that where supposed to be done that day and then they told me she had left already as well. they didnt even put me on a scale

Whenever I have gone I have had a good experience They have treated me very kindly they have solved doubts concerns in general a very good clinic
