Had the best shopping experience with the help of Nelly at Cavenders last night. We went in looking for my son’s first pair of boots and she was definitely God sent, we had no clue on what would fit him or how to even begin looking for the boots that would fit him comfortably. We went in with my son dreading the fact that he had to try on boots, to him walking out with the biggest smile in his face. He was so happy and said Nelly was the sweetest lady ever, she reminded him of grandma ud83eudd70. Touched my heart to see my boy walk out so happy and excited!nnShe was awesome and so so so so helpful! She definitely knows her stuff, she helped us find the perfect boots for him and the right fit in western jeans for my big boy. So if you find yourself lost on how to go about finding the right western outfit ask for Nelly, and you will definitely walk out of there with a smile on your face and a grateful heart!

Man forgot to get his name but the older gentleman that works there is great very informative with a country twist had me laughing, made the whole experience awesome. I'll be definitely be returning

I took my 14 yr old son to look for some boots today. Roy was the older gentleman that attended to us. He was the best! He was very informative, answered all of our questions, was very patient and besides the boots we ended up leaving with 2 pairs of pants thanks to him! My son loved everything and was also very impressed by Roy. These days it's hard to impress a teenage boy lol Ask for Roy when you visit this Cavenders!

Just left Cavenders on 290... Nelly treated me and my family like we were her family. She was a wonderful sales person. I will definitely be looking for her the next time I go back. Big thanks to Nelly!!!
