Best place to bring your kids for pediatrics would recommend any doctor. I don’t know why there’s so many bad reviews about the front staff they’ve always been lovely to me and my son. Couldn’t say anything bad about this place it’s an all around perfect pediatric office

I really used to love this office. I loved them so much that even after moving to the Southwest side of Houston, I kept traveling to their office. However, there have been several times that we arrived on time for our appointment, but had to wait 1 to 2 hours to be seen. It was frustrating and inconsiderate of their office. I finally stopped going after the 5th time this happened. I will gladly take my money to a doctors office that appreciates their patient’s time.

This practice had never been the best place to take my children, but we have built a pretty good relationship with Dr. K over the past 9 yrs. That brings me to today, IT WAS THE WORST! Like many other reviews, the wait was excruciating, absolutely horrible. We are used to this, which is unfortunate...to be USED TO WAITING AT A PEDIATRIC OFFICE. Once we got to the room, which was over an hour after our scheduled appointment, I had to use the restroom. The first one I went in, had blood on the toilet and on the floor...DISGUSTING AND UNSANITARY!!! I told the male doctor about the blood in the restroom, he pointed me in right direction of another restroom, however he didn't check or immediately call anyone to clean up that biohazard. I live 30 minutes from this office, and we continue to use them because again, we developed a good relationship with Dr. K. It's time to make a switch to someone closer to home and with a bit more professionalism. Can't trust folks who don't take their workspace or their profession seriously.
