Gorgeous bags and other stuff. Friendly staff that were very helpful.
My husband and daughter bought me a purse for my birthday at this store. I came to this store to exchange the bag the customer service was bad i was questioned on a simple exchange. I was within my 30 days for exchange or return. After explaining multiple times that it was a present i was told that they did not remember selling the item. Finally i was granted the exchange. I was very upset by then and exchanged my item and left. Will not return here I felt like I did something wrong for an exchange.
My experience at this location was exactly what I was use to from Michael Kors employees! The staff was warm and extremely welcoming. The helpfulness was through the roof! Thank you for your awesome customer service.
