Very interesting experience!nnThe guy that assisted me warmed up and his customer service got better the more I talked to him. By the time I checked out and paid for me and my son's shoes, he was professionally pleasant to deal with.nnThe other guy was okay but could get a little better with the professionalism and making the customer feel like they have his attention.

I ordered a pair of Adidas NMD’s online and they were a bit too small. No biggie right!? Wrong. I live pretty far from any store so I mostly order online. My husband travels to Dallas once a week for work so I thought well I’ll see if I can find a store there to exchange them. Easy peasy. Not at all the case at all with this particular store. The man whom I spoke with let me know that he couldn’t hold them more than 24hours. I explained my situation, the day is more than half way over, then one whole day, and the following day I can be there when they open the doors. I explained I was coming from 2.5 hours away to make the exchange and he said he wouldn’t do it. I asked to speak with the manager to see if they would possibly make an exception for me. Afterall I just spent $120 on these shoes from Finish Line. He informed me he was the manager and asked if he could do something else for me because he wasn’t holding them until Friday. Now I get it’s a guideline but I have been in retail management and I know for a fact there can always be exceptions. He just didn’t have interest in helping me. He sounded as if he didn’t even want to look up the shoe when I first called. Customer service speaks volumes to me and district managers. I hope the district manager will see this and know his current manager could stand to do better. I for one will never step foot in that particular store because of Jerrod Brown.

Never got helped the whole time we were in there. Walked around with a 190.00 shoe in hand and never said a word to me, same for my sister she was trying to buy a pair of shoes as well and had shoe in hand and nothing. While this was going on two sales people were talking to each other. Worst servie!!! Lost a really good sale!
