I’m usually a Steve Madden fan but I stopped into Aldo to check out their accessories and I loved this store! The managers Erica and Mariah? were super helpful. I came in for accessories but left with shoes and shoe spray instead. I’m in sales so their effortless selling was impressive. Staff was friendly, very happy with the shoes, they’re so stylish and comfy! I’ll be back!
I just want to say that I have the hardest time finding shoes and can never make up my mind! I was THRILLED to find Erica! She is stylish and helpful, very attentive and could tell right away what I would love and guess what, I did! She also gave me some tips for how to keep my new heels looking like new! Love love love!
I went to Aldo for the first time and it was an amazing experience. Everyone that was working was so helpful, especially....ud83eudd14 I don't remember her name now, but she had long black hair, pretty eyes and a Boston accent. I was only going to buy 1 pair but somehow I was convinced to get 2 more.. and i absolutely love them all. Definitely going back.
I bought a pair of shoes and tried to return them the next day because I did not like them, but they did not accept my return. They said the shoes are peeling and the bottoms are worn out. After one day... so either I was walking on sandpaper all day or their shoe quality is terrible. It’s sad when a lifetime shopper gets treated this way. I will not be shopping at ALDO shoes again.
Cutest collection so far. Great staff. Would highly recommend shopping for dress shoes and casual one's for both guys and girls.
