The store manager shania (i hope i spelled her name right) and Jordan were so sweet and helped save my life by finding me the shoe i wanted . Okay I’m overs exaggerating a tad bit but they were so helpful and sweet. I will def come back- great customer service
Nikki and Alexis helped us out with matching our shoes to some outfits we wanted to wear to a concert! They talked us into some good deals and prices on new boots and even helped us by ordering a size they didn't have in store using overnight shipping as we needed it in a few days! Nikki was super knowledgeable on the best ways to help our needs. Best customer service I've ever received!! 10 stars
The store is so clean, the shoes are beautiful, and the staff is so nice. After we couldn't find the shoes we wanted in store, the manager and staff went out of their way to make sure we got them from a storage closet across the mall before the end of the day.
Very nice shoes and nice staff!It was funny though how I was accidentally typing the wrong PIN number in and the cashier was telling me my card was not going through with a little smirk(maybe she was laughing to herself because I didn't get my own PIN number right within a few attempts I don't know) but I took it as no big deal because I thought that I may have been typing the wrong pin and had just forgot it and then the look on her face changed when I pulled out my wallet to use cash and all she saw was green.I do appreciate that she just didn't scream DECLINED though-I think it was good karma though as I'm very understanding of my customers...things just happens,cards lock up in different states,people forget their PIN to their new card,the list goes on
Oh my goodness! My go-to store for SM! I went to Stonebriar twice and both times I got the runaround from different managers. I felt like I was a bother to even be in the store and I was the only one both times. They couldn’t help me make an exchange for something that wasn’t in store. At the Galleria, the lady that helped me called a non-local store and had the shoes I wanted shipped to me within 2-3 minutes- like no big deal! It was crazy the difference! Definitely awesome service and I will be sure to go there for all future purchases!
