I literally cannot believe how unprofessional these employees are! I asked a young lady by the name of Mia for some help and she literally blew me off and started going on her phone. I called after her and she returned but with the snarkiest attitude I have EVER heard! She needs to be taught manners and respect and to find out she’s part of management. I cannot BELIEVE that a large corporation like Hollister is hiring these type of people. Completely unbelievable.
Horrible customer service! There was 3 girls just standing around talking and having conversations about video games. We literally waited for 45 minutes until we asked someone for help. Never going back.
