If you've been visiting the big retail Pet Shops for fish, you won't realize what a disservice you were doing to your fish until you visit the fish gallery. You'll lower your standards to go back to the big red and blue corporate cheap fish Peddler stores. Fish gallery in Addison is such a beautiful facility. You will find the most knowledgeable, fish care experts in the Aqua pet care and maintenance industry. The aquariums are always crystal clear, and they always keep a close eye on every Aquarium. Fush Gallery is literally the best thing for your fish husbandry Hobby.. I've been going to the fish gallery since the early 90s. And now they've moved to North Dallas, it is definitely several steps up for the neighborhood they came from. Regardless, I would still be going to them in their old neighborhood even if they did move. The original location was such a cool store. This new location, is beautifully cool. I got back into the African cichlid fish Hobby about five years ago. They have some of the highest quality, cared for aqua pets. My words can't describe what you personally will experience, until you walk into the Addison Fish Gallery location yourself.

Employees were attentive and courteous. Unfortunately, they didn't have a lot of variety of saltwater fish and were overpriced. Many tanks were empty.

One star for poor customer service. Everything is fine and dandy until one of your fish dies a couple days later from getting stuck in a plant. They tested our water and the nitrates were slightly high thus they refused to sell us any fish or replace the $75 fish that I had for only 2 days even if it was to be put into one of our other well established tanks. Did not get a refund or a store credit. They could have just as easily told us to screw off. Definitely will never be coming back to this store again.

Took my wife to buy some fresh water fish. Came straight home all her FISHES WHERE DEAD! SHE WAS SO DISAPPOINTED. WE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM IN THE PAST. SMH... FISH GALLERY. NEVER RETURNING.

Beautiful new fish store in the area. Happy to find it because these people really know what they're doing and how to treat the animals while providing good service and decent prices. Very friendly when I came to browse, can't wait until I'm ready to start up my next tank and shop here. ud83dude01
