I love love love this location. I mean all locations are great but the employees here are top notch and seem to really care about your needs and making you smile. I’ve called up here several times to check if a product was in stock and they so awesomely hold it up front. Great CS here!!
Nolan is an asset to this business. My daughter and I have been in the store several times and assisted by Nolan twice. Both times he was on shift. The first time he went out of his way to give my daughter some balloons, the second time he saw my struggling to carry several cans of dog food, and ran me up a hand cart.nnHe’s always a pleasure to deal with, and makes us feel more than welcome when we come in.nnThese are the type of employees that separate a good neighborhood business from a great one. He deserves all the recognition he can get.
We recently adopted a rescue kitten that was ill and would not eat. Nolan was so kind and helpful, I felt at ease after speaking with him. All the employees at this store are amazing and truly care about your pets. Thank you!
Love our local Forest/Marsh Lane Pet Supplies Plus! I can order in the morning and have my items on my doorstop by that afternoon - my cats are thrilled they never have to go without their favorites. :-)
If only we had a Pet Supplies Plus in South Irving! I love this store so much I make the drive into Dallas to shop there. They always have the things I need for my 3 dogs and 4 cats in stock. The store is always spotless. The employees are always friendly and helpful. It is by far the best Pet Supply Store in the DFW metroplex.
