Like a lot of the retail businesses, some of their stock is missing and other items are picked over. But in general, great products at a fair price.
Customer service is horrible, the kids working there act like they don't want to help or actually know anything. The store over all is nice, just wish the employees were friendly.
I came here in order to wash my dog in the pet washing stations. This service was amazing! Groomers hugely stress my dog out, but washing him in the tub at home is difficult and annoying. The dog washing stations at Pet Supermarket were clean, easy to use, stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and blow drying stations. The atmosphere in the store is fairly quiet and peaceful, so my dog was able to relax and not stress out at all about the bath. Using these stations was completely worth the $10, and probably quite a bit more!
The customer service here is pathetic. The kids are rude, mumble when they talk to you, are unacknowledged about the products and all around just disrespectfulnThe store itself is always a mess, they never have much in stock, and literally every time I go the place is an absolute nightmare. The isles are always full of merchandise just sitting in the isle and no one stocking it. A large majority there aren't even visible prices marked near itemsnnI wouldn't recommend shopping here based on the rude employees and the messy and disorganized store.
Love the do it your self dog bath, it's great and helpful for medium and larger dogs. Staff is always friendly and love the dog treat case just wish there was one for cat
